Where is The Vaults Located
The Vaults is fast becoming one of Dublin’s best attractions, for tourists and for locals, but what good is that if no one knows where it is?
The Vaults is located in the historic heart of Dublin City, The Liberties. The Liberties is one of the oldest parts of Dublin but seems to be becoming the cities premiere tourist district. The area is packed with Distilleries, Museuems, Churches & Cathedrals and of course The Vaults. Want to know more baout the area? Have a read of our article about The Liberties.
How To Get Here?
The Vaults is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Coming from Dame Street, you make your way up toward and passed Christchurch. Once passed Christchurch you continue straight and turn right before John’s Lane Church, and that will bring you straight to the door.
If you are coming from O’Connell Street it is about a 25 minute walk. The best route would be to make your way to the quays, accross the bridge and turn right along the Liffey. Keep going along The Liffer until you make it to The Brazen Head, and turn left up the hill. After The Brazen Head turn right and we are the second left.
